Skooma is my only friend
I really wish we could make and sell Skooma. I also hope that with player housing I can skin it like a skooma den. My character is a skooma enthusiast and I really wish I had more way to demonstrate that.

There are skooma in skyrim. However you don't get high on it without mods. (I found some when I did the riften quest to kill the skooma dealer).
Also there is 1 quest in AD where you make and sell some skooma.0
