And a lazier implementation. Nothing like World of Warcrafts barber shop.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pS0B9Isfe0c
Is it possible to be not surprised but disappointed simultaneously?
does that mean that well need to pay crowns to make any changes to our char ??
@Abeille I'm a bit unclear on this too (rewatching it again now). I thought I heard them say you buy the beards etc. in the crown store too... so even though you can change it in game (collections) it's still only crown store. I could be wrong but that's just what I understood. So in my head, you wouldn't have to pay crowns to use the new beards/markings etc. but you would need to spend crowns to unlock them to begin with.

If it is in the crown store, you best believe it will cost crowns.

@Justice31st lol yes I know that. They were showing them equipping it from the collections menu though

The barber shop accessories for your character are purchased in the crown store, and stored in your collections menu.
I would have liked that changing characters appearance has been for free for ESO Plus members just like it is for dyeing costumes from the dyeing station in game. When you just want to change your hair color for example, it's a bit lame to pay a token full price just for one little change or adjustment.
Let's wait next week to see how much crowns this will cost. x)

I expect 1000 for 10 tokens - maybe more for those which basically re-customize your whole character.
