Hey there,
I reported this on the PTS and on live, but it received no attention so far
this is either a tooltip error, or indeed a bug or both.
Prior to Dark Brotherhood, lightning heavy attacks used to deal 110% of their damage to nearby targets, as stated in the tooltip.
When DB came on the PTS, the tooltip said "131%" even though it is still only 110%.
As you can see, my heavy attack channel crits for 4952, the splash damage is 5434. So it's 110% splash damage.
However the tooltip indicates....
Something is not right
Either heavy attacks are supposed to deal 131% splash damage but don't do so, or this is simply a tooltip error. Some clarification would help thanks for your time.
