Something must be done in pvp

Am a Xbox one user and in the past year theirs been a lot of cheating and exploits in pvp i been reporting those who are using these exploits and i feel it's not enough i sent many tickets screen shots and gamer tags to Microsoft and eso online .It's very frustrating and very upsetting apparently Daggerfall Covenant been using a lot of these exploits jumping keeps walls and towers for one some say it's there skill but according to a ticket i received back or a reply from one they thanked me for the offense it would be under investigation it's a on going issue and i feel something should be done asap stop delaying it.
Also there able to not only jump the wall but also going undetected from the guards sneaking in the keeps and killing everyone i don't find this fair at all .Last night i must reported many doing this and frankly others getting annoyed peed off too.
The letter i received,

As you all can see it's a problem and it's not fair to say it's not a exploit it is in fact one and their abusing it .

You think you have trouble with people exploiting over walls? Try playing on PC where players use a third party hack that's been in game since launch to change their stats. ZOS is still in radio silence mode trying to figure out if/how they want to talk about this and the fact that they've reversed banning decisions.

You went through all of that trouble because a few people can jump a wall?

Instead of focusing so much on reporting them, maybe you should focus on improving your PVP skills to just kill them??

To call that "cheating" is ridiculous imo they arent using bots or any software to help kill you. Theyre just jumping into keeps which tbh SHOULD be allowed.

Youre using an ultimate thats called "Dragon Leap". If all you can do with it is just towards an enemy then you should just use a simple gap closer instead.

I think some of you moaners see other people on the forum post certain threads and jump on the bandwagon.

Its one thing to cast 10 meteors at once (cheating/exploiting) and a completely different thing when you jump into a keep which only works at certain keeps anyway

Well its true, jumping into keeps Is not as "Bad" as being killed by 10 Meteors in a row.
But still, jumping into keeps Is confirmed to not be intended and a fix Is in the works.

Since its not intended, it Is bug abusing, which Is - Right - cheating.

I have adjusted by a new form of play on my nightblade, simply wait in stealth for them to gap close up the keep wall and kill them enjoying the ap!
Rinse and repeat.
Ganking without leaving the keep! lol

So, if I see an enemy sniping one of my teammates, I use a skill on my bar to attack said enemy, skill suddenly takes me to weenie man on wall sniping, I'm now cheating cause I am trying to eliminate the enemy that was attacking my teammate???

Sorry OP, and Pablo, but this is absurd to be called an exploit. Fix the ____ing game and we don't have problems, k.
