Question to admins on glithced quest... Is it possible to add the unobtainable item to our inventory

I had already reported the following:
Shadowfen - Sunscale Strand - Buried in the Past quest: the lockbox containing the Blue Puzzle Stone cannot be successfully interacted with. The prompt appears, but after clicking the button to open the chest, the player approaches it then stops. This is happening to all other players in addition to myself.
So my question is, would it be possible to get the Blue Puzzle Stone added to my inventory so that I can continue the quest? Just curious if it's possible and you would be willing. Please reply regardless of the answer. Thanks.
