Is that ULT hack if a player can use vampire ult/ice comet every 5 seconds ?
today I encounter a magicka dk who is able to throw vamp ult and ice comet on me every 5 second
I was a stam nb and I hit him quite hard , I burst him down every 5 second when he's cc immunity is gone
everytime he went to 10% health then he block , and cast ult on me , a few whip and went back to full health
He use ult every time he got cc'd and that ult bring all his life back
I am not able to share the video or name of that guy since ZOS will delete my post
Is that just someone who download the hack and try to use it in a way that they don't get caught ?
I know Bloodspawn + a few other set reduces cost of ult
but in my opinion no one is able to spam ult every 5 second
so is he hacking or not ?

I don't really think he's hacking. With the right gear Setup it is manageable to throw a shooting star every 7-10 seconds.
But on the other hand he just might be using the exploit/ hack and doesn't want to show it too obviously.

Put video evidence on the forums and censor the name.

Time is relative, so you might think it's 5 seconds, when it's actually 10 or 15 seconds.

Standard ult gen: 3 ult/s
Tava's favor: 3 ult/s
Invigorating drain: 3 ult/s
Bloodspawn: 15 ult/6s = 2.5 ult/s
if using potentates: 10% cost reduction
It's very possible to pop bats every 11 seconds (final should be around 130~ with potentates, so 130/11.5 = 11.3s), not counting ult gain from Shooting star or just player kills (20 ult each).

If he used ice comet twice within 5 sec with only you fighting against him, he was most likely using the cheat engine.
If he was using shooting star against multiple players and also killed the people around you it might be possible.

Considering cc immunity from break free is 8 seconds, and the alleged intervals between his ultimates would still be higher than 5 seconds if he stayed in cc for a time, I have my doubts.

Not nescessary hacking. If you have bloodspawn+being emperor, using shooting star, being argonian (and using potion for ultigain), having 20 ulti/kill it´s not impossible if I recall.

A Dk dot build can proc Skoria pretty heavily, and a a dot/crit build also generates heavy amounts of ultima making batswarm pretty much spammable as its dirt cheap on vampire tier 4.

Unfortunately no, only petrify can do that. But like petrify, drain can hit and CC through roll-dodge.

and I don't wanna play my dk cos i don't like the skill broken animation now, zos destroy my stam nord dk . i was playing my EP dk all the time before DB patch and since then my dk is gone forever

It took 23 minutes because heavy armor DK cannot kill non-vamp stam builds that keep vigor and rally up at all times.

I don't know man, it does not convince me. Personally, I would definitely count on the OP thinking that time frame was smaller than it actually was, and the Mag DK probably ran an Ult regen build.

I want to run an Ult regen build for fun too, but think I may be accused of hacking for it now -_-

Only the power lash stam nb are also quite hard to get and keep in talons so its a challenge to even proc the power lash

The "second" shooting star was probably the dot you were standing in. Or did you see the same guy shoot two?

I fought a sorc that did the same. (Luckily it was at cropsford when we contolled it so I could re match a lot with him) good player. Great timing.

Curse, wrath, then frag and meteor all perfectly timed to go off at once. Each battle (if I played well) he would get 3 off (not at once lol but per battle) so ult gain was super quick.

Btw he frag, on my death recap, was hitting me for 12k.

He did beat me more than I beat him, something close to 5 of his wins to 3 of mine.
