Gear
All Medium.
Full set of hunding rage(or twicebornstar if you have everything else maxed)
4 Piece of NightMother (all armor divines)
3 Agility (all wep enchant)
Dual Wield (Swords, increase enchantment effect trait or Nirnhold) with Glyph of Rage increase wep/spell damage, and Disease.
Bow (Poison, increase proc chance by 140% trait, or nirnhold)
Mundus: The Thief, if you have TBS get The Shadow too. For PVP switch to Warrior and Stamina.
Champion Points
100 Mighty
30 in Precise Strikes
Rest in Piercing.
(I don't use thaurmage because it lowers my DPS despite how I spec it)
Bars
DualWield: Expert Hunter, Rearming Trap, Circle of protection, Flawless dawnbreaker (4 fighter guild), with Steel Nado and Jabs. Switch out steel nado for hidden blade on single target boss battles. (And if you're really good at maintaining dot, put on rending slash for Single target boss fights)
Bow: Poison Inject, Power of the Light, Endless hail, Repentance and Rune (For heals and buff, Throw on evasion in PVP)
Rotation
(Single Target)
Endless Hail, Power of Light, Poison Inject, Rearming trap, Hidden blade - Jabs. (Not in that order all the time, if trap is up dont re-trap, if major beserk is up don't hidden blade)
(Trash mobs)
Endless Hail, Jabs until mob is below 50%, Steel Nado. (or if the mob is spread out start with steel nado to pull aggro then jabs, if the mob is small then just jabs. Use nado as a finisher for Mobs, for single target maintain jabs)
(PVP)
Same thing but throw on Piercing Javelin over Rune or repentance, replace the other with Evasion.
Logic: Maintain DoTs, do *** ton of crits and crit damage. With 3500 weapon damage you're fine, for PVP you want to get that up higher to 4k+ unbuffed if possible. 70%+ weapon critical, and if you don't have Agility set then don't use TwiceBornStar. Only use TBS if you already have 3000+ weapon damage and 50+ crit. Hunding rage is the safest choice for both PvE and PVP.
