Does the transmutation set have a cooldown?

So I'm thinking of trying out the transmutation set for that OP crit resit, just wondering if it has some sort of cooldown? For example if put down extended ritual and transmutation runs out, then straight after ritual ticks, will I get the 5 piece buff again? Also, can me and my friend have the buff at the same time? Many thanks.

✭The set procs only when you have less than 100% health. Don't know about cooldown.0 -

✭✭I use Transmutation on my healer all the time in PvP. If it has a cool down, it's so short that I don't even notice.0
