hey guys, so this is another post complaining about the RNG specifically the traits,
my guild recently did some farming of SO HM to get ourselves the jewellery of vicious/infallible etc (thank you for updating these) and ive just been looking through some of the set items i have kept and not yet deconned for mats to see if i have a decent 5 piece of vicious i can use, and here are the traits i have (again not all but the ones i hadnt deconned yet)
1 Divines
1 infused
6 Training
10 sturdy
7 Prosperous
9 Reinfoced
6 well fitted
keepin mind i said i had already deconned some pieces (it would not of been divines) this is a terrible drop rate of anything even remotely useful for end game PvE.
i was talking to a friend who doesnt have a forum account and he mentioned the serpent tooth (which you get once a week from SOHM that you sell to a vendor for 10k) should have an extra use, put a vendor in SO with all the sets and traits and allow us to but the items for 1 tooth, so thats 1 guaranteed good item per week IF you can complete SO HM, i think this will make the RNG feel less demotivating and allow us to actually use these sets you have scaled up.
i realise we have alot of people asking for a token system for alot of parts of the game (looking at you vMSA) and i support that but i think adding in little vendors for specific instances or allowing us to change traits will go along way to easing some of the frustrations on this RNG system.
