Draining is not working properly since... eternity...? You can even lock someone in nearly endless knockback, cut your own healing from it, push someone from walls or feed Slaughterfish. Everything is in thanks to "disorient" status instead of typical "stun". Similar issue was with Reverb Bash (spam, endless CC).

On console the players are immediately CC immune when you use it and almost immediately get out of the disorient even if they don't break free because of the likely hood of someone else doing damage to them or they have a DoT effect on them. I've never seen this constant knockback thing yall are suggesting.

No, that's players, I've tried spamming it and it does not work they are knocked back once and once only.

I've never actually noticed the penetration it gives me so I just either stay away from it or use it for the tankiness. So many bugs.....
