Hello!
A friend of ours has finally decided to join us, after buying ESO about a year ago. His game was purchased from Steam in January 2015 (not sure if that helps.) He can log into the website without a problem, but every time he tries to log into the game via the client he gets the error message "account information is invalid." He is unable to post here in the forum without getting an invite. We'd love to get him playing asap, so any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
