Duo Core i7?
Yes, i7's range from 2 cores to 8. Most laptop i5/7 are dual core too.

No sir, i7's start at quad cores and some extreme versions are 6 to 8. i3's are dual core and i5's are also quad.
Are you running a LGA 775 socket motherboard? If so, click on the link below and grab one of the Quad Core processors from Ebay. You will have a much better time running it with a Quad Core CPU and a new video card. The processors are pretty cheap also, $30 or so. If your not on a socket LGA775, check out your socket on Intel to see what the highest/lowest Quad Core CPU you can get is.

Here's a CPU comparison from your current CPU to the Q9505. You can see there's quite a bit of difference in there that will help out the game a lot.

Duo Core i7?
Hello!
So here is the thing. I want to run ESO on my old (only one for now lol) PC. To do this I need to change graphic card BUT I have concerns about Intel Core 2 Duo E7500. Will it handle the game (20fps (?) low settings)? I dont want to spend my money just to see ESO in 5fps.
Yeah, you have a good point..
About price... Well its not that cheap when Im buying new PC. But thanks for idea. That PC will be for my girlfriend (we want to play together) so maybe she can afford for Quad.
Once again, thanks a lot.
*Edited because posted before I was done typing.*
I was thrown off when the "Duo Core i7" (which we know is only used in laptops) was paired with a 650ti (which is a desktop card).
Also didn't state that it was an "M" or "U" chip.
If this i7 was a desktop CPU it's a Quad Core with Hyperthreading.
If it was indeed in a laptop then it could have been a dual core. Though every dual core i7 has a quad core variant to match it.
But then it'd be a GTX 650m and not a GTX 650ti.
I'm thinking out loud at this point...
TLDR - Desktop i7 CPUs are Quad Core. Laptops can be either Dual or Quad.

Sorry, you're right its a GTX 650m
No not like that. Im buying new PC for myself while Im giving my old (not so old if compared to her laptop lol) for her and Im going to buy new graphic card for her. But sorry, I dont sleep on money.
edit. Quad is for her, not me.
Good
How old is her laptop? I have an old Asus ROG laptop I bought back in 2010 that I upgraded with an Intel Extreme CPU, doubled the system memory and dropped a SSD in that didn't cost too much. My son uses it to play CounterStrike Go on it currently. It has a Radeon 5870 1GB video card in it that runs ESO pretty decent.
Its not just about age lol. Toshiba Satellite C850-12R but its in VERY poor condition. Original keyboard dont work so she is using my PC keyboard. Also I had to replace fan. Thats how could end up your laptop after eating many cookies above keyboard lol.
