I'm going to send a shoutout to the Customer Service Forum dudes and dudettes. We had an issue as a guild and needed help. We had didn't know where to turn and we were pretty upset. Alan and co., has done pretty good at keep us on the calmer side and giving us real humans to be in dialogue with. Thanks guys!

I also encourage us, as players, to remember to thank for the good stuff. Too often we only see the bad and reply to that accordingly. My grandfather used to say, "If all you look for is bad, you'll find it."

I love this game, guys. I really do. I love true art and some of the graphics here are amazing and rival anything found in an art museum. I love the PVP, well, most of the time. When the numbers are pretty evenly matched, and no one is macro-ing, scripting, or hacking, the fights can be really fun and long, and challenging, and downright amazing. Regardless of the complaints I have about the exploiting and zerging and lag, the game still has me coming back to it ... for now.

So, to follow my grandpa's advice, thank you Alan, Darya, etc., for helping us out here. Keep up the good work.

    Yeah I have only had to put in a ticket twice and both times they fixed the issue for me no problem.
    They are very polite and humerus also so you can have a laugh with em.

    I spent 3 months between TG and DB trying to get a competent support staff member to assist my guild. It was a legitimate concern that had a definitive impact on the entire guild. I can't say I'm familiar with your specific scenario, but I do understand the impact of decisions and mechanics on entire guilds. I suppose it would be unreasonable to expect that level of treatment for everyone who needs it, though. I've worked with Alan and he's been of assistance to me before (also he's a pretty cool cat), but it's unfortunate that the issues we had, which kept us out of legitimate progression runs in the hardest content, were largely ignored.

    Yeah sometimes you do have to be insistent with CS but when you get a good one, it's very good!!

    yes, the forum team is top-notch. Every time I've had to say something, they've been really helpful with our issue. We only talked on 2 days but they were good. Our true issue was with the regular GAME CS. And we finally now, thanks to Darya and Alan that that team, have an open dialogue to get the ball rolling in the right direction.

    I will admit, that I got furious earlier and inadvertently in my enthusiasm, stepped over the line on at least two of the rules of the forums. It wasn't on purpose but I do hate injustice in real life AND in a game. Life is hard enough without adding to it on purpose, right?

    Anyway, just wanted to say something positive after my raving. I do apologize whole heartedly for my breach of etiquette, however.

    Forgive me?!!
