Yet to receive crowns

I restarted my ESO plus about a week ago and I have not yet received my 1500 crowns.
Previously my gamertag was chuckselegy, but I changed it to Wind in a Box. Perhaps this is the issue.
Either way, thanks for taking a look and helping to resolve this issue.
Yes, I have been charged and yes ESO Plus is applied to my account, just no crowns.

I had an email less then 24 hours after I put the ticket in saying they had sorted it & even gave me a few extra crowns for my troubles. Got to give them credit on how easy & quickly they handled it.DC DK Pure Tank that can dps.
