Yet to receive crowns

I restarted my ESO plus about a week ago and I have not yet received my 1500 crowns.

Previously my gamertag was chuckselegy, but I changed it to Wind in a Box. Perhaps this is the issue.

Either way, thanks for taking a look and helping to resolve this issue.

Yes, I have been charged and yes ESO Plus is applied to my account, just no crowns.

Did you summit a ticket ?
I resubbed last week & still havnt got them. I put a ticket in today so ill let you know if I have any news back from them.

If you are xbox I have seen many people claiming they have to submit a ticket every month to beg for their crowns.

Just to update
I had an email less then 24 hours after I put the ticket in saying they had sorted it & even gave me a few extra crowns for my troubles. Got to give them credit on how easy & quickly they handled it.
