Hopefully ZOS will change their mind and "One Tamriel" won't go live.
One Tamriel is a bad idea with all due respect.
Battle leveling in all of Tamriel and no alliance restrictions(except Cyrodiil) ?
Total chaos.

Chaos is good, though concerned about large groups of people trolling their enemies capital city in chat.
Update 11 (the DLC they just announced) is coming in August. One Tamriel, on the other hand, is coming out some time this fall. One Tamriel is separate from the DLC, which is why they wouldn't mention it.
I know as much/little as the next guy/gal around here, but I don't expect to see anything related to One Tamriel until at least Q1 of 2017. Any sooner seems drastically unrealistic to me, and logic suggests that One Tamriel and player housing might go hand-in-hand in terms of implementation.

No, I'd say that they'd want to have One Tamriel out before housing, just so they have the system in place to allow someone to have a home anywhere they like. It'll be out before Q1.
That being said, if the Zenimax devs are anything like the coders and engineers I know through a friend of mine (who are working on things that aren't anywhere near as complex as an MMO), they probably have One Tamriel scheduled for release in September. If they get it out by November, they'll consider it acceptable, but barely. If they get it out by early October, they'll high five each other for being on time. And if they get it out by September, they'll wonder what they may have missed, and be doing a lot of coffee drinking and cigarette smoking while they wait to see if anything raises its ugly head to bite them, all while praying they actually managed to do it properly with no hidden problems in the code so all their worrying will be for nothing.

They've (collectively) said a lot of things that got scrapped or pushed back. Remember when housing was to be this Fall? That was, what, like two or three weeks ago?
Cite your source. The first time I ever heard them give so much as a tentative date for housing was at E3 just over a week ago, when they said it would be Q1 of next year.kevlarto_ESO wrote: »Mat Firor said this fall for One Tamriel, at E3 and housing will be Q1 of next year.

OK, so you just completely made it up. Got it.kevlarto_ESO wrote: »Mat Firor said this fall for One Tamriel, at E3 and housing will be Q1 of next year.

And I didn't say they officially announced that to be the case, either. That was what was expected by us, the players, for quite some time leading up to the official announcement that it would not be this year.Cite your source. I really don't care to go back and look for it. The point is still true. Take spellcrafting as another example. There are a multitude of things they aspire(d) to do that have yet to come to fruition or were scrapped altogether.
