Clothier survey disappeared from inventory

So I did my writs today. I ended up with a blacksmith survey and a clother survey. I wanted to do the clothier first. I looked at the survey and went to the general area I thought it was in. Went back to look at the survey again and it's gone. Only my blacksmithing survey is in my inventory. Not sure what happened. But thats a crappy bug

neville_bart0s✭✭✭there was a bug at some point and the geniuses at ZOS made a change so if you have the survey equipped and you go close to the survey location the survey will disappear.
i usually just google the survey location if ive never done it before, otherwise you can walk past and lose the survey and then you cant figure out where you were meant to go.0
