I've noticed that BoL doesn't always heal yourself now. Was this changed?! Had the impression that before, you always healed yourself too.

But they dropped it down to one 50% heal instead of two 50% heals as the morph perk. This means that their is a greater chance that both heals (the big one and the 50% one) will go to other people and leave you dangerously close to death.1
