Is there a priority in which person this skill heals?
If i have x% health and an ally has x% health who would it heal first?

If you're injured it should heal you first as a priority, that's the way breath of life chooses its target before healing others.

Honor the dead heals the person with the lowest health in a range of 28 meters. That's the problem with this skill. If there is a person in the range of this skill with lower health then yours, then he will get the heal and not you.

BoL (and HtD) are not and were never guaranteed to hit the caster. That is why back in the day Green Dragons Blood was considered to be the best and most reliable self-heal in the game.

Since the last patches, and nobody expected it, the Sorcerer is the class with the most self-healing skills (pets, skills, passives, etc.., as magicka sorc and even better with resto.., every s_it you do will proc CF^^).

I'll Not comment further, as I am still testing builds for the next 2-8 weeks, to get a better overview, as I am still figuring out specs for sta/mag. I just tested on a magicka-sorc, so...

Honor the Dead never healed a second person, it has always been one heal with a MP regen component. It always targets the person with the lowest HP.

Breath of life works the same, with one secondary heal at 50% of the main heals strength (25% in PVP). Both heals target the players with the lowest HP in the area if you have line of sight and they are in range.

Both have resulted in many a Templar's death due to the heals not prioritizing the caster.

Gotta hate when your healing ward hits some random player who isn't bothering to heal himself. Dodge roll and heal you fool!
