Okay,so I've ran icp a lot, a lot.. After running it post DB I don't ever want to run it again. I'd like to post some things that felt different, and compare experiences with you all, see if others are experiencing the same.

First boss, a nightmare. He had way less health than previous, but seems to hit twice as hard. Also, entire group noticed very rapid degeneration of stamina, very fast depletion. Couldn't pinpoint the cause though.

flesh sculptor was easy, but I noticed the grenades no longer leave a pool behind, so you must be very exact with their placement. Takes some gettinf used to as previouslt we aimed the poison infront of mobs so they'd walk into it and die.

Watcher boss was about the same, but geysers popped up out of nowhere, 3-5 at a time, more stuns, lots of nofault deaths. This fight was just annoying as ***, but very easy.

Flesh atro boss was easy AF. I noticed he doesn't summon the beatles anymore the same way. This time he runs to the middle to telagraph his attack. Very low chance of dyinf here. Before the update, this was probably the boss that ruined my nodeath runs the most, particularly with the beatles. There's so much easyness now.

last boss felt different too, not sure if its just hardmode, but he jumped around much much much more. Like everyn5 sec he was portin' somewhere else. Seemed like both portals spawned in IMMEDIATELY whereas before you'd have about 1 min for first one, then another 30 sec after. It might jist be a hardmode change, but IIRCHM was just faster portal speed, and the shades changed form faster.

what changes did you guys notice? It feels like they reduced the mechanical difficulty, but salted it with a lot of annoyingn antifeatures. Seems on one they nerfed health, then salted it with ***.

the old version was much funner.

    The new version is much easier, takes less time to run. I think it's good, because I run it to farm sets, not to enjoy the dungeon.

    Can tank it on a stam tank without a healer...enough said. Done it once but we had 3 atros out on 2nd boss and they melted. Quite strange. The overfiend does seem to hit very hard now though. Seemed to have spawned less adds too. Warden is just too easy.

    WGT on the other hand...Kena seems to hit very hard now but melt much quicker. The regular adds are weaker but the grem guards take a pounding.

    Not tried it yet.

    I ran this thing like 50 timestamp three weeks prior db. We just got really good at it, getting the speed run and no death up until portals at the end, then it get's nerfed lol.

    I usually tanked it on a sap tank and ran with 3 dps, one of them with healing ward on as emergency. Might have to give it a try since patch.

    Ironically, Overfiend boss has always been the hardest one for me in the entire dungeon because of those waves of mobs...

    They won't revert their changes, it's meeting their expectations and more players are now able to complete it unlike before a small fraction of players were able to even remotely get it done. Catering to the majority of average players than to the small minority of challenge seekers is better business overall.

    my experience with kena are just the opposite, I used to off tank her on 4dps runs. her lightning bolt almost 1 shot me so I'd have to have vigor ready soon as she announced the atk. now it does like half health.

    Going too fast. Slow and steady with it and burn each small mob at a time and then focus back on the boss. Tank just parks him up. It's actually a hard fight without a tank, just goes straight to the healer and one shots him, it's flurry hits for something stupid like 22k.

    Going too fast. Slow and steady with it and burn each small mob at a time and then focus back on the boss. Tank just parks him up. It's actually a hard fight without a tank, just goes straight to the healer and one shots him, it's flurry hits for something stupid like 22k.

    We didn't have a healer, he went for me every time. I had 20k hp that may be why. You notice any stamina depletion as well or you think it was probably a bug. It affected all 4 of us.

Check your tag in the group, if healer is assigned to you it may be why it keeps mobbing you all the time. I think that is how it works anyway, noticed yesterday Kena was all over me and ignored everyone else, my role was set to healer.

You can actually stand in the middle of that and it does nothing. Also it has very high spell res, needs a debuff, against stam attacks it's a lot weaker.     2/3 of us were stam classes, I'm running stamplar. I've done this dungeon repeatedly prior to db and had an easier time on this fight. It felt like the Darkshade boss that drains your stam the whoke entire time. 2 jabs use 4-5% of ky stamina, and in that time I'd loose 15-20k stam. Using both vicious ophidian and repentence my stam was at a constant near 0% for most the fight. Before update I had 0 issues. I've no-deathed this on all toons.
