Armor Sets lvl

Hi,

Do you know if armor sets are only available to a certain lvl?
What I mean is that if Set A is found at lvl 18 for example and Set B at lvl 24, can I still find Set A at lvl 40?
What's the point to get an Armor set if you can't use it? You need to find each part, but you will always have leg lvl 19, helmet lvl 30, etc.

1) some are available only at certain lvls and some are all lvl available

3) u can have same set at different levels

important to know that all loot (from public & group dungeons, mobs, etc..) will scale to ur lvl
so u wont find urself looting a mob & getting set amor A lvl 20 & then looting another mob at the same lvl & finding set amor A lvl 40
