64 Bit Client won't use laptop Dedicated GPU despite selection in Nvidia Control Panel

Wondering if I'm the only one running into this, and would appreciate any fixes!
I am on a Lenovo Y700, using a GeForce GTX 960M, and the eso64.exe client will not use the dedicated graphics card. I have opened the Nvidia Control Panel, brought up eso64.exe, and selected "High-performance NVIDIA processor", and it still uses the integrated card. Graphics are fuzzier, and choppier. I have tried launching the launcher directly, and also through the GeForce Experience, just in case one worked (they didn't).
The regular 32 bit client will use the integrated card when it's told!
