Fungal Grotto Quest bug ?

Hey,
Is anyone else finding a bug with the Vet Fungal Grotto quest ? I set free all the 'prisoners' then kill Vila at the end but the quest doesn't move on and if I run back through dungeon the NCP's are stuck fighting each other. Is anyone else found this problem ?
