64-bit client playing tricks on me?

I noticed today after an update that in the client options, there was an option for launching a 64-bit version of ESO.
Upon logging on, i noticed that the world looks much better that before. Am i just imaging things or did this make a big difference other than framerates?
Did Zenimax happen to post the changes that would come along with this?
