TG and DB Skill Point Totals

Hey guys I'm trying to get a count of skill points that can be earned through the DLC's. I found on forums here that there was a total of seven between IC and Orsinium. For thieves guild I've heard both 4 or 9, and I haven't found anything for DB yet. Does anybody know how many skill points you can get in TG or DB?
