Paid for ESO+ not getting to access content...xbox one

    Update:

    I went through Microsoft's Xbox One customer support troubleshooting options after reading the forums. During the process of troubleshooting the agent claimed my subscription was not renewed because my card was rejected, I asked him what they took money out of my account for then. They then directed me to check their billing link which I did and it said I had paid, the agent asked for a screen shot and I sent him/her one at which point they offered a refund for my subscription so that I could resubscribe which they believed would fix the issue. I did accept the refund they canceled my previous subscription and I resubscribed which then allowed my access ESO+ once more. It did not restore my crowns or give me the initial crowns for the month I was subscribing for but I can now access ESO+ services. I think this might draw some light on the issue, which I believe may be related to an internal error in Microsoft's billing system.

    I think this is one issue for some folks but a lot of us are successfully being charged and having no issues on payment but just on crowns mainly. That's me and other in the troubleshooting area where we did confirm with Microsoft first.

    The ZOS support does suggest to check there first.

    They initially told me that everything was fine with my payment, it wasn't until I went through their troubleshooting that the support tech told me that something was up with the payment and I had to send him a screen shot of what it showed on my end.

    Kinda good to know its not me that Have problems,my eso+ just ended even If I Have money but it wont renew and there is no option to renew it just says its going to be renewed next month... but i dont even Have eso+...
