Unable to login to the PC Europe Server - certain hours

Hello,
Everyday, I'm unable to login to the PC europe game server in certain hours of the day.
I'm getting a connection error when I click play or press enter in the character select screen.
Sometimes I'm able to reach the loading screen(rare) but I get kicked to the login screen after about 20 seconds to 1 minute.
The hours I'm unable to login: 16:00-21:00 GMT
The error I receive:
An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and then try to login.
I already tried to solve it at my end:
1) Repaired the client.
2) Flushed the dns
3) Deleted the shadercache.cooked file.
4) Deleted usersettings.txt
5) Opened the ports using port triggers.
6) Made antivirus & firewall exceptions for this game and folders.
7) Run the program as administrator & with comptability mode.
8) Tried to login without addons.
9) Restarted my PC
10) Rebooted my Router.
Those steps didn't solve this issue.
I have opened a ticket but didn't receive a response.
No. A copy paste response about addons is not a response at all in my book. It can't be the addons and I already tried to login without addons as I mentioned...
