PLEASE can we get the grouping tool fixed?
Prior to the DB patch, the most time I've spent in solo queue is about 30 minutes. With two friends in my group and queueing, the process usually took no more than 5 minutes. Since the updated, I've tried the grouping tool every single day (solo and grouped) and stayed in the queue for over an hour each time before giving up. I understand that this was also an issue on the PC after introducing the DB patch. Why hasn't this been addressed yet? Can you at least acknowledge that the issue exists and give us some hope that you're working on it?

Yeah, I'd like to know as well, my friend and I spent over an hour in queue as a tank and healer. There is no way there no dps looking for group on a saturday afternoon for over an hour. Lol.0 -
mrs_gibbs✭✭✭This is STILL an issue on the PC. Same exact issue as you. I've been grouping everyday, and not been able to get it to work except one time since DB came out.
