Charges broken again?

After DB release gap closers became very op for some time ( jumping on keep walls etc.) , but now after ,,fixing" this problem i have a feeling that in many situations gap closers work worse then it worked before DB release , especially all charges. Idk maybe it's juts me but i have feeling that using skills like shield charge or critical charge on ground which isnt flat is impossible.

juhasman✭✭✭✭The problem is really annoying on pvp when I cant charge using invasion to someone standing like 10 meters away and it happends sometimes like 70% of the time I'm trying to charge. Please @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can we get some answer is that will be fixed?0

✭Yes they are broken again. The smallest of inclines causes most gap closers to just not work. It's similar to the DK chains issue. The most ironic thing is even though i can't charge up or down a tiny grass bump, i can charge onto keep walls or over stairs... They really screwed it up in pvp.0
