    sex change yes I think, but for name you have to buy an extra thing.

    But wait no...
    Appearance change for sex
    Race change for race
    and Name change for name

    I think you have to buy three things

    No ETA.

    It's all speculation still. It could get the backburner treatment. They haven't committed to anything or any timetable for release. Some think it will come this year, I personally doubt it. You'd think by now they could at least tell us if it's coming in the next DLC. They should have that much figured out by now. No word, which is why I don't think it's very far along in development. They've been working on so many other things.

    This is wrong. Boss man said in the ignition interview that barbershop is coming in August . But that is all we know since it has not been publicly announced on website yet

    They had released some info on what would be included on an ESO live episode about a month or so back if you feel like scouring their old streams. And this will likely be in Q3.

    Although they didn't mention anything at BE3, maybe they were saving all the good stuff for QuakeCon. Honestly, the most exciting thing I heard at BE3 was the re-mastering of Skyrim, that's right people, Skyrim (updated, 2016) Hells to the YES!

    A graphical update is all they have publically announced/talked about. No new content. So ... repurchase Skyrim for graphical changes the community did via MODs (or nearly so) 3+ years ago?

    No, I think I'll pass.
