How are you liking heavy? I just recently started testing heavy and am liking it a lot more.

i mean its okay, i prefer light but i need the buff to healing and also i need the constitution stam return to make perma block work.

In every fight unless I am mistaken, someone was there to help or showed up after the fight started to help. I don't want this fact to take away from another fact: you are a skilled player and can operate within the framework you are given; however, if other players were not there to assist you there is no doubt in my mind your success rate would have dropped tremendously.

Look at what the whip and power lash crit for in the first fight... I am critting people for 16k incapacitating strikes on my NB that I just leveled yesterday and still sustain very well.

Keep up the good work and I hope to see you have more success with DK in the future because @Wrobel will hopefully get his head out of his ass and tweak the class.

mDK definitely shines in 2+vX. You need to be in the right place (milegate/bridge) to do successful 1vX's though. Anything remotely open field and you will die because 3 NBs and 6 JB templars will get ya.

Yeh that all comes back to the burst meta. All medium armour dodge roll and vigor which is enough to keep them alive in 1vX and also means everything can go into stam to increase the burst. Magicka sorcs, templars, NBs all have shields or heals or cloak/streak that work so they are free to spec into magicka and maximize damage. mDK is left well behind because they dont have a heal, dont have a viable shield and as such have to sacrifice so much to defend that they are left without much of an attack. And also it comes to the fact that stamblades are vastly overperforming and ZOS just keeps buffing them.

Fix dragonblood and we have the potential to spec more into damage. Like you said, its all up to Wrobel who as i understand it thinks that dragonblood is meant to be only useful with tanks only and hence why he thinks its okay that it heals for so little on anyone without 50k hp.... Problem is, where does our defence come from then?

Leap would be fine staying physical... if only I could actually use all my CP... lol, wouldn't be an issue.

What do you think of light Tavas? I'm running heavy tavas with potentate off-bar atm, and can sustain with just 700 magic regen, but my dmg is not enough. I'm thinking the light armor penetration will give me the needed boost and allow me to spam my skills even more between bat spam.

i ran light tava for ages. Like the difference between heavy and light dmg reduction wise is non existant, you will have much better magicka sustain in light, the only benefit to run heavy is for more healing and stam return on constitution. I always swap between the two. If you have the money to make the light version, do it because its always good to have options.

But seriously, why the *** these reds in bleakers not doing focus fire on you? Not even a single bombard or beam spam?? Is this real? It's just so utopic and it's so perfect man.
Whenever i step out from whatever keep door or LoS obstacles, i always immediately welcomed with a dozen of ambush/incaps, hundreds of bombards/caltrops/talons/fossilises and all that kind, couple thousands of snipes and of course endless beam spam from all directions. I just gave up.

@DKsUnite I got love for bats, don't get me wrong, but its not bursty. I miss empowered DB smacks, that burst put some pressure on people. I think with my new set up I'll be more than fine but I still would want a magicka morph low-cost DK ult. I mean every other class has one, sorc with overload, nb with incap, temps with cres sweep (?), I just don't want it to become like mDK's legendary execute.

because there was other people around. These were clips from over several days of hundreds of clips i had to delete because i die due to 2 NB archers spamming lethal, 2 healplars spamming RD and 2 DKs spamming WB lol :P dont worry you are not alone in your struggle.

i mean thats why i have meteor. WIth tava, your meteor comes up quite quickly.
