Jagged edges/shimmering help needed (Nvidia)

Hello everyone,

I've been playing ESO since launch and I've always had issues with jagged edges & shimmering. Over the course of time I had tweaked my settings in both the Nvidia control panel and Nvidia inspector tool, however I've never really found a 'full-proof' setup. With my current settings I've seem to off reduced the jagged edges but shimmering however remains to be an issue which can be both quite the eyesore and distracting. Here's some screens:

My plan is to hopefully start recording and was looking for any help improving the quality of my in-game graphics so I'd appreciate the help!
