Que times are broken, aka, Captain Obvious

Is there a fix in the works for the load times? I que as heal and dps only to never get in anything. I want to try a dungeon post update and dlc to see if they are still 'impossible' to finish with a pug. Hope they got easier since vr ranks are removed.

For any that have gotten into one, are they easier to beat like pre-vr 16 scaling?
