Feature request - Notification for long game load after patch install

Hi, folks!
I mentioned that many newbie players are confused with long load process after patch install or shadows settings changes.
It will be very usefull, if there were some notification, that game load would take longer than usual.
I hope, that many players would appreciate this notification. Otherwise, they often think, that game has stuck.
