Teleport Discount in ESO Shop

Warmkoolaid
Could be cool because you spend tons of gold teleporting from one place to another and back again (mainly for quests) so I don't see why not get a discount for it? Call it Globetrotter Pact or something. It would bring in a lot of sales. Buy them in like 10% off, 20%, 50% and for like ESO Plus members you can get automatically 20% off then buy the 50% for a max of 70% off. Catch my drift?

I have paid like twice in my entire play time, when I got stuck. I'm always going to a wayshrine to teleport for free to another. So I won't buy it in the crown store but it might be a nice perk for ESO Plus members. x)

Also, you can teleport to friends and guild mates for free...

Exactly how much have you spent on teleporting OP?

I want to say I've spent about 20k-25k just going back and forth.

And I don't have friends nor am I in a guild.

Well, I'm on PC / NA if you want to add me :) You should seriously consider joining a guild of some sort though, if for no other reason than having access to the free fast travel option.

^THIS! I am a member of four Trade Guilds and I always get around by 'teleporting to guild mate'... and then once there, use the Wayshrine to go where I want to go. This is also helpful with new characters that I want to Skyshard hunt in higher level zones with.

    Wow, that is... a lot.

I'd just like to check that you know that if you teleport from a wayshrine (walk up to wayshrine and press action button), it's free.

No judgments if you do know that and decide to spend your in-game money insta-teleporting anyway. You can and should play the game how you want to. It just strikes me as inefficient that someone would pay so much to teleport when the nearest wayshrine is rarely more than a minute or two away. But eh, convenience over cost, if that's your jam.
    Living vicariously through my characters.

    My Girls:
"If you were trapped in your house for, say, a year, how would you pass the time?"

Nephikah the Houseless, dunmer assassin: "I suppose I could use the break. I have a lot of business holdings now that need management."
Swum-Many-Waters, elderly argonian healer: "I think that I would enjoy writing a memoir."
Silh'ki, khajiit warrior-chef: "Would this one be able to go outside, to the nearby river? It's hard to fish without water!"
Peregrine Huntress, bosmer hunter: "Who is forcing me to stay inside, and where can I find them?"
Lorenyawe, altmer mechanist: "And why would I want to go outside in the first place? Too much to be done in the workshop."
Lorelai Magpie, breton master thief: "I'd go nuts. Lucky for me, I have a little experience sneaking out!"
Rasheda the Burning Heart, redguard knight: "I would continue my training to keep my skills sharp."
Hex-Eye Azabi, khajiit daedric priestess: "I suppose it would be lucky, then, that I built a shrine to Mephala in my backyard."
Yngva Stormhammer, nord bandit (reformed...ish): "I hate being inside even when I'm not forced to be. GET. ME. OUT."
Madam Argentia, vampire dunmer aristocrat: "I suppose it would be more of the same. I have a rather... contentious relationship with the sun."
Mazie gra-Bolga, orc scout: "Uh... I'd have to house train my bear..."
Felicia the Wanderer, imperial witch-for-hire: "What Lorelai said."
Calico Jaka-dra, retired khajiit pirate: "This one would like a rest from her grand adventures. Her jewel shop runs out of stock!"
Shimmerbeam, blind altmer psijic: "Provided that I am confined to Artaeum, I do not think I will want for things to occupy my time."
Shauna Blackfire, redguard necromancer: "Sounds like paradise. I hate people."
Kirniel the Undying, cursed bosmer warrior: "I would feel useless, not being able to fight."
Echoes-from-Dragons, argonian who thinks she's a dragon: "All the better to count my hoard!"

(Signature idea shamelessly stolen from Abeille.)

    WTF?

Just go to your guild/friends list and "travel to player" someone.
