Thaumaturge vs Weap/Spell Damage

I was wondering if anyone has crunched the numbers of stacking more CP into Thaumaturge than weap/spell damage.
I'm creating a hybrid DK build that utilizes both poisons and fire. He'll be wearing 5 Bahraha's Curse, 5 Syvarra's Scales, and 2 Valkyn. My main goal is to take advantage of the "World in Ruin" passive and utilize the best skills from the stam and magic versions of a DK. (ie: Burning Embers, Burning Talons, Noxious Breath, Corrosive armor). I'm also going to be using both Bloodcraze and Bloodthirst.

Currently, I've got 30CP into Elemental Expert and 30CP into Mighty. But, would it behoove me to dump a lot of points into Thaumaturge since 99% of my DK's damage comes from DoTs? I currently have my CP (I've got max CP in each category) spread out in both trees. But, now I'm thinking of just putting 30 EE and 30 into Mighty... then adding all the rest to Thaumaturge instead of penetration.

Please let me know what statistics you've found.

Side note: Again, this post is only for people who have crunched the numbers or tested this in detail. No forum trolls, please.

    Thanks @Asayre

...but I don't see a CP distribution for a hybrid build. I see the CP for Stam builds and the CP for Mag builds. I'm thinking of CP distribution for a build like this:

The stamina spreadsheet will suggest distribution in Elemental Expert, Melee Weapon Expert, Mighty, Piercing, Precise Strikes and Thaumathurge. In your first post, you mentioned Elemental Expert and Mighty. What other stars did you want to spend your CP in?

It's quite difficult to decide unless you can provide a dps parse(w/ no CP). I don't know what your skill bar is, I don't know what your stats are, nor do I know how you play. If there's an indication to how much % of your damage is physical, how much is magical, how much is DOT etc. it would be rather helpful.

I highly doubt that you are going to find anything that's been made before you posted this thread. Players who do the maths are generally min-maxers, if you know what I mean. Also consider that hybrids are mostly vastly different from each other- you can't just pick a CP distribution that works for all hybrids in a class.

    than weap/spell damage
By this you mean improving the damage of specifically either stamina or magicka abilities, is that correct?
