I'm on Xbox NA and have yet to set foot in Wrothgar for fear of losing my character in a crash looping black hole.

I've now cancelled my auto renewal, you cannot realistically expect me to pay for a game that I cannot play.

There is mounting evidence also that if you have more than one character in Orsinium then it will severely increase the possibilities of crashing. If you can (which again I did) repeat the above process and get your other characters to another location (preferably a nice quite town).

This morning my DK loaded for a split second and I was trying to look for a friend to travel to and then I got dashboarded. Dang, it gave me such hope! Lol

There are other threads the dev's have responded to multiple times regarding this issue. Multiple new threads/posts do nothing to get a response in addition to what they have already posted .....

Use the Dev Tracker at the top of the forum page, you will see the dev's responses to any thread they respond in. Once clicked, it will take you directly to the comment the dev posted .....

Can't login to my main character, stuck in Orsinium.... again!!!! It's the 3rd time in less than a week and a half. I have created tickets, tried everything suggested on the support page with no luck. I want my character moved ASAP. It's frustrating having to deal with this issue constantly but I like the game enough to put up with it now and then. It becomes absolutely rediculous when these issues are paired with poor customer service that doesn't get back with you for days on end.

How many tickets did you submit? I submitted about 75 tickets before I got a response. You will have to mass spam in-game tickets to get a response. In other words, you have to annoy them so much that it forces them to deal with you. Use your Xbox Smartglass app to help. Go into a text message app and create a short message "My character named _______ is stuck in wrothgar. Please re-locate." Copy that to your phone's clipboard. Then use the Smarglass app as a remote to actually paste the message in when you are submitting tickets. With this you can submit a ticket in about 15 seconds or less. Just do this over and over and over and over until you get about 50 or more sumbitted. Then if they have not responded in 24 hours, make a new thread here stating that you submitted tickets and are being ignored. This is how I did it. Also, realize that they will only move your character once. So you only have one do-over. Here is the email response they sent to me after my 75 tickets:

Hello,

I'm on Xbox One in the EU and can't get past the loading screen to begin the Orsinium DLC. Is there still a problem with this DLC? I have ESO Plus....probably not for much longer!
