Dumb Question - Twin Blade and Blunt

Does each dagger provide a 2.5% increase, or do you only get one dagger increase that has to be a "twin" to a different kind of weapon?

I think it is each dagger so 5% max but I can be wrong haven't played much on my characters that use dualwield anymore.

The twin blade and blunt passive is per weapon so for daggers it is 5% if using two
