Constant lag and crashing

This game is nearon unplayable on xbox. Most expansions that have come out have caused the same issues. Constant lagging, getting booted. I cant chat to my mates and pkay at the same time without getting booted every so often. I am so dissapointed that i pay a subscription to play a game that is nearly unplayable. It seems to me that the servers are not coping with the size of the game and the amount of people playing. It got bad with thieves guild, got a bit better, then dark brotherhood came out, and it was over. Can you please inform us when it will get better.
