Random idea:
How about increasing the ap gained the fewer players there are in a campaign?
Example with 100% AP gain increase:
- faction is full -> 100% of normal AP gain
- faction is half full -> 150% of normal AP gain
- faction is empty -> 200% of normal AP gain
Obviously the AP increase could be adjusted as needed.
Thoughts?
(I know that a similar version is already implemented but it's based on the low-population bonus, which is extremely unresponsive. I.e. the correlation is too complicated and delayed for players to consider it when deciding on which campaign to play.)
