Area loading and buffering issues.

After the DB patch everything I load into whether it's a populated player area, NPC zones, Cyrodiil or any large maps in general it would take a while to load. Had to wait a while (like a minute or two) for a quest giver to spawn just to turn in a quest. I'm also getting constant buffering whenever I'm traveling on foot.
I didn't mind the buffering at first but now it's affecting me to the point where it's starting to be unbearable. Also on some occasions whenever I fast travel my game ends up crashing. Any way of fixing this issue is very appreciated.

Mike_IG✭Having the same sort of issues and multiple load screens in some areas , Sometimes I'll fast travel to a location take about 20 steps and then get a loading screen, run for about another 10 secs and another loading screen. It's getting stupid.
Not to mention the invisible enemys especially in dungeons (eventually show up), getting quite a few load up screens in dungeons as well.0 -
Same here on Xbox. And we don't have any answer yet. Looks like zenimax have no idea what's just happening.1
