Severe lag on both PS4 servers

Does anyone else have severe lag issues on either or both of the PS4 servers? I have a 3-7s lag which makes it hard to play at all, regardless of which server I'm on. And no, it's not my internet. ESO is the only online game I have issues on.
This one does not appreciate txt tlk, elitism and foul language.

SPE825✭✭✭I've had a new thing crop up where when I exit a door, the enemies on the other side are invisible for about 10 seconds, and I start getting attacked by enemies I can't see/target. I have to just start spamming AOE until they become visible or die (if I'm lucky). PS4 as well.1 -

kaliduss✭✭in pc cyro is unplayable at some times. 999< lags. it seems that the servers are just...well...not good. even It even happens sometimes at pve zones. Its an issue that happens since a looooong time.0
