Take this opportunity to remove loads of enemy npc's from all zones.
Just so the maps aint so cluttered with enemies off road.
This will help it feel more like a TES game and help open the zones up abit, n feel abit more idk just more.
Imo there are alot of good and beneficial reasons for doing this just my opinion though in every zone I feel there are far more enemies dotted everywhere than there needs to be.
And rather than enjoying scenery and getting immersed.
I'm constantly having to just move around enemies.
There are loads of good reasons for doing this imo though.
And was an issue brought up alot in the games first year so one Tamriel seems to me like a good opportunity for them to think about this.

Are you talking about monster collision or are you talking about population?

If population, i have to disagree because having a Cyrodil like world thats just empty only makes sense in a single player game played on a machine and not on a server. I would actually like to see more population in non-PvP areas to make the game feel more immersive.

There are areas that are just barren of NPCs but oddly enough there are structures, tents and containers all around.

Population. And more friendly npc's out of cities couldn't hurt i.e random encounters etc

some NPC respawn too quickly - when their corpse is still on the ground - that looks weird.

I think this will have an overal negative impact tho because parts of the last two DLC rely on these random NPCs do to quests.

And NPCs could be a bit more clever - like not attacking someone who is many levels higher than they are - but well, with One Tamriel this will anyway be a non-issue, so no need to actually change this now.
