Elemental Drain/Siphon Spirit magicka return not working in cross-faction groups

Just wanted to point out that since the introduction of cross-faction grouping players from different alliances do not receive the magicka provided by Elemental Drain and Siphon Spirit if they are not from the same faction as the player applying these spells on enemy bosses/mobs.
Let's say in a 12 man trial group which is composed equally of all three alliance players an Ebonheart player applies Elemental Drain and Siphon Spirit on boss. Himself and other Ebonheart players will receive magicka from the said skills applied to a boss, but Aldmeri and Daggerfall players will not. This is quite a problem when healers and support role players are of different alliances than majority of other players.
Can this be looked into and fixed asap?

I can confirm this. It is quite annoying in trials as a magicka dps, and causes some serious sustain issues.
