Launcher problems, Cant update game.

Hi all, i'm running into a very annoying issue and hope you could chime in!
So for some reason i can't install the game on my SSD even though i have 150gb of free space. I install the game on HDD (400gb free) then move the files to SSD and repair, but every patch breaks the game as i can't update the client. When i move the game back to HDD it repair and then update just fine.
I do not understand what is happening as i have sufficient free space, all the mentioned "fixes" (workarounds imho) from CS are applied to no avail.
I have opened a ticket about this several times but each ticket gets an auto reply and after i send my report they close my ticket due to "high ticket volume".
I mean you cant let the customer pay for problems in your CS. They won't even look at my report files and point me in a general direction which saddens me as i have never experience a CS this bad. And its pretty game breaking for me having to move>repair>update>move the game with every patch. Please don't tell me to not install the game on my SSD as this is an SSD i have bought solely for gaming and is separate from my windows SSD.
In summary:
Cant install/update game on SSD with 150 free space.
Can install and update game on HDD with 400gb free space.
I hope anyone has had the same problem or might have an idea for a fix!
I have attached my report file hoping the community might be more willing than CS.

Spelling,
When i move the game back to HDD it repairs and updates just fine.
Also i can install and play Fallout 4, GW2, WoW, Swtor, FFXIV, Black Desert, DOOM and all kinds of games just fine on my SSD so i don't think its a problem with my PC in general. Really hoping someone is able to help me out with this issue.
