New Character Slots, New Characters, and Nostalgia

Gotta admit making a brand new character and runnin' around Khenarthi's Roost was exhilarating! It's that sort of feel when you first jump in to an MMORPG or just start all over again, except with CPs lol

Lovely, delicious new beginnings...

Anyone else enjoying their new character slots?

All 4 of them, mate. All 4. And it's freakin overrun in starter zones, really feels almost like early access again.

Yes BUT now I only have 2 left and I want to make 4 more chars so I am short on 2

I want to make the following guys:

Argonian - ( unsure of class, perhaps a NB )

Nord - Tank, so either templar or DK ( I actually had a Nord but deleted him in favour of a stam blade back in TG

Khajiit - NB ( I would love to have a gankblade )

Possibly an Orc Stam Sorc ( I would like an Orc in DC )
The last one is up for debate but I think orc would be fun.

IF I could have another slot as well then I'd add Bosmer merely because I don't have one yet ( can't seem to think of a place for one ). Never been my style tbh

BUT to answer your question OP yes I love it! However I think the cap on 4 slots is too few, they should have given us the option to add more, I'd have bought 8 then 8 sounds reasonable.

Then you can have x2 of each class ( stam and magicka ), you can also have at least 4 chars / alliance if you choose AND you can definitely have 1 of each race if you choose to

I started a character right after DB launch (on PC) was delighted to have new character slots, vet ranks gone etc. Got that character up to level 11 and quickly overleveled for quests in my journal (all current quests are grey). One Tamriel announced. Now I will wait again to play my new characters, so my newbies can get full xp in scaled zones after One Tamriel.

Or you can just do pvp, dungeons, etc.

not a new char slot, but i started a new character with the condition of no CP and no help from my mains (ie. no crafting, gear upgrades, gold etc.). Its actually been very pleasant and i feel like i did back at launch. Already level 8 with 20k gold. Very refreshing to step back from pvp and not be frustrated playing the game.

I'm one of the worst altaholics I know, and yet I haven't bought any additional character slots yet. Why? Because I already have multiple accounts, each with 8 characters...

Of course, I do plan on buying additional character slots at some point, because additional characters on my main account will be at the cap as soon as they hit level 50. I need to figure out what additional character concepts I want to try before I buy the slots though. So far the only idea I have that comes to mind is a sorcerer summoner who would use a clannfear (or maybe a volatile familiar - I usually seem to prefer the clannfear though), a twilight, a storm atronach, and a daedroth (thanks to Maw of the Infernal gear) in combat.

I can, but given that there have been announcements before about intended new features that have never made it out of development, or took longer than expected, I am going to wait until I know more info.
