Dear Zenimax,

This is an open request from a loyal console player. Please for the love of god gives us something your forum is flooded with posts about the car crash DLC know as DB on XB1 and yet all we have is "Were Investigating it" It's honestly not a valid response.

If I have a problem you expect me to give details about the issues I'm experiencing and yet you can't or will not provide a forum post about what your doing actively to fix the issues and or a possible time frame or even what you suspect might be the cause.

So here I am asking you to please answer me this are the issue troubling XB1 going to be resolved soon ( under 1 week). Can they even be resolved ? because if they can't I need to know as a ESO+ Member I will need to stop my subscription and possibly buy this game on PC which then leads me to the issue of are you willing to copy my account and its contents to PC because I can't play your game on XB1 ?

I'm honestly not hopeful on a response but by the off chance I do I very much welcome reading your response.

    Send a support ticket, devs don't look at the forums much.
    This place mostly exists for players to discuss things and occasionally be mean to one another, it isn't a bug reporting or tech support place.

    But seriously though, if it makes you feel any better — we are feeling the nonsense on PS4 too. Just not to the extremes that you X1 bros are. >_>

    Whilst I appreciate the fact that this a community forum, the customer service from submitting a ticket consists of an automated scripted response ( FYI I have submitted a ticket with the response of cycle my console or re install my game the latter of which I am currently in the process of doing however I hold no hope).

    I do understand there is no magic formula to fixing said issue but the whole " Were going total dark " stance that ZOS has taken both now and when previous important issues have been raised in these very forums is concerning when Issues such as this arise I know they have a team of tech engineers and coders scrolling through the numerous lines of code and I appreciate each and every one of them for trying to fix said issues.

    But what gets me is the fact that nobody has said said guys this is a manageable problem and we estimate it to be resolved in x y or z or its a larger problem and its going to take substantially longer than we first thought. The reason as to why this is Important is like I said in my OP. I'm not going to sit here and pay for a sub par service.
