How effective is vice cannon?

I've tried it out a bit with well fitted it got, but is it worth my farming some impen of it?

I'd be using it to replace my morkuldan, is there a cooldown, hows the healing/dmg usually? Can i proc it on more than 1 person?

Come on i know someones tried that on their stam nb cheese.

Heal/Damage is average at best. Nothing to write home about but it's a free DoT/HoT so no point complaining.

I haven't been able to proc it on multiple targets because I can't get back into stealth after applying the DoT and with Cloak busted again, it's impossible to test fully. This also means I can't tell if there's a cool down on the set either.

Ask again in about a month or 2. Hopefully by then, we can actually test it out enough.

Didn't it get changed to crits instead of stealth attacks?

It was changed from crouch to stealth unless the last hotfix changed something.

It was changed from crouch to stealth.

Oh right, well thats useless.

What a useless set, why would i give up a 5th piece bonus for a bad hot/dot thats only activated from a crit from stealth.
