Reappearing Guild Notifications

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom I have mentioned this before but there has never been any reply. Ever since the DB update, when you delete Guild Notifications on one character, they remain on the others... previously if you deleted on one, they deleted on all. However, even worse now, what I'm finding is that if you delete them on one character but log into another character, they will reappear again. It is fine if you play only one character, you delete... log out and log back into that character and all is well, Guild Notifications are gone. But, if you delete on one, log out and log into another, delete them from that character... log out and log back into the first character, the Guild Notifications are back again.

I discovered what the problem is, one of my character's "notifications" is bugged. Every time I log into Talion Darklore, those four guild notifications reappear. If I do not log into him, they stay deleted across the other characters, but the moment I log into Talion, those four guild notifications reappear and respawn across all of my characters. I submitted a /bug report a few minutes ago, hopefully they can resolve the problem otherwise I'll have to escalate it.
