My patience is wearing thin. The constant kicks and problems have caused me to play this game less and less. I used to buy stuff from the crown store regularly. Been witholding my money recently for fear of not being able to actually play the game consistently. The numerous tickets I have placed only to be given pre-canned replies that don't get me anywhere and blame my connection (despite evidence that lots of people are being kicked and none of my other games or devices have connection issues) are tiring.
I now have adopted a policy of two kicks in a short period and I just go play something else. This was the only game I had been playing for a year, but due to the repeated kicks, I have been motivated to look at other games and am pleased to tell the developers that I have found a few other games I'd like to play. Really enjoying my new rally game. Played ESO for 10 min, got kicked twice, and so I ended up playing Dirt Rally for a few hours instead. If I have a choice between reloading 10 times per day or playing another game, I'll just play another game and take my money elsewhere.
What a shame. I am on the cusp of having all craftable items researched. I have 8 characters and was heavily involved with guild activities and helping other players with crafting. It was a lot of good memories. But I can only take the abuse for so long.
