Yo. I have a noob Magicka Sorc 160+ CR now thanks to the DB changes, since he was vet 3, and I'm wondering what happened to Hardened Ward when it comes to its strength scaling off of Max Magicka, is that still true, or? because I don't see nothing about it in the tooltip anymore...
and can anyone briefly suggest a decent set/build for general PvE like vMSA or even PvP? I've been using Julianos on him and I currently have no rings/neck but I was going to go for willpower or something... thanks

check out @YoloWizard he's a Great Player his Build might not be Updated for DBH but use that as a base

✭✭✭✭✭I'm sure it hasn't changed as far as scaling off max magicka.
I agree Yolo is a good build and at the very least will put you down the right path.
Willpower is a strong choice and should be pretty easy to get now.
Also for a very solid and reasonably easy to make/obtain build for solo play is The Unholy Herdsman by @Thelon
